todae i feel like dying . literally.
fever , can't breathe properly ,( later i was told by my mum i have
bronchitis since i was born) and worse still , when i went to the doc that healed me b4
the sign outside his shop write (closed. doc out for course) arghhh!!!
when i was at my bed in the afternnon .. it was so hard to breathe . my whole body ached
from just trying to breathe alone .. i can't sleep too ... there was a devil telling me :break the thread of life,
avoid this immense sufferring .. somehow i tot of my family n friends and struggled though my 38.1 degrees celcius
fever n this breathing prob. after my blanket remedy , the fever dropped to 36.8 degrees celcius .. now still trying to breathe .....was it like this when my grandma had to go ? She suffered from breathing prob b4 she passed away too.
I can somehow feel her struggle n painful death ..... sob ... y does she have to go ?

ACUTE BRONCHITIS
Brief bouts of acute bronchitis often evolve from a severe cold. This disorder may also follow or accompany the flu, or it may begin without having had an infection. Acute bronchitis usually lasts about 10 days. Severe cases may also cause general malaise and chest pain.( i had chest pains)
Seeking prompt treatment is advisable to prevent serious complications. If, for example, the inflammation extends downward to the ends of the bronchial tree and into the small bronchi (bronchioles) and then into the air sacs, bronchopneumonia results. The most effective way to deal with acute bronchitis consists of the following regimen: Avoid fatigue by getting proper rest, stay indoors when the weather is cold and windy and drink large amounts of fluid to help keep the chest mucus liquified. Congestive mucus should be coughed up, so avoid the use of cough suppressants. A doctor may recommend an expectorant to help loosen the mucus. Older people should consult a doctor about whether to take antibiotics to eliminate the risk of serious bacterial infection due to lowered resistance. A doctor should also be consulted when sputum (the mucus mixed with saliva) produced by the coughing is greenish-yellow and thick rather than gray and watery, or when fever rises and chest pains become severe. ( i had greenish yellow mucus, chest pains n fever)

Sick . totally sick.
very bad cough todae ... vomited my strawberry milk breakfast ..
reading a series fantasy novel to pass my dae todae.. The pool of 2 moons ...
... totally drained of lifeforce .. this morn i had a hard time doin' my gongyo n
daimoku .. almost no voice liao...hmm.... did i mention i'm writing a book ...?
i'll put it up on my website when it's done .. so critics can read the novel i'm writing .
hmm... n to my darling :
Pls don't say i love u . those words touch me too deeply. N they make my core tremble.
Don't think u realize the effect u have over me .
